Day 1 : 28th Sept'24 : Arrive Nairobi
Meet on arrival at the airport and transfer to Lake Nakuru, a Great Rift Valley region of Kenya (157 kms approximately 3 hrs drive). You will arrive in time for lunch at your Lodge in Lake Nakuru followed by a late afternoon game-drive in the park. Dinner and overnight at Nakuru Sopa Lodge (Meals included: Lunch and Dinner). We can have Breakfast at Nairobi at own cost.

Day 2 : 29th Sept'24 - Nakuru - Masai Mara
After breakfast drive to the world-famous Maasai Mara in time for lunch at the Camp. In the afternoon enjoy an exciting game drive in this game-filled reserve. Dinner and overnight at Mara Trails Camp/ Ashnil Mara Camp. (Meals included :Breakfast, lunch and dinner).

Day 3 - 5 : 30th Sept - 2nd Oct'24 : At Masai Mara
Full days in the Mara with early morning and late afternoon game drives being provided to explore its vast plains and rolling hills for more game spotting opportunities. You may also proceed on an early morning balloon flight followed by a bubbly bush breakfast (optional extra, supplement cost to apply). All meals and overnight at Mara Trails Camp/ Ashnil Mara Camp. (Meals included : Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

Day 5: 03rd Oct' 24 : Check out and back to Nairobi
After breakfast drive back to Nairobi, lunch on at a local restaurant and later transfer to the Airport for your flight back home. (Meals Included : Breakfast Only)
Things to carry: Face Mask and Pocket Hand Sanitizers are must during the Safaris.
  • Carry your id proof given at the time of booking the safaris (compulsory).
  • Comfortable loose clothing, preferably cotton and full sleeves for summers
  • Warm Clothes, Gloves for Chilly early morning safaris.
  • Muted color clothes, which blend with the surroundings, no loud colors.
  • Sunscreen to protect yourself from sunburn and tan.
  • Mosquito repellant / Odomos to protect from insect bites.
  • Reusable bottle of water, since we discourage the use of plastic/ disposable bottles.
  • Light quick bites like peppermints, nutribars etc. for long safaris. Nothing liquid or semi-liquid to be carried.
  • Comfortable footwear, preferably sports shoes.
  • Personal medication, if any.
  • Portable easy to carry torch.
  • Binoculars are helpful for distant sightings and birding.
  • If you are carrying a camera, please carry spare memory card and battery.
  • A Bandanna or a Scarf is helpful to protect yourself from sun.
  • Good comfortable hat / cap as you will be wearing it for a long time
  • Pocket diary and pen to make notes of the sightings and behavior.

Exclusions:
  • International air tickets and visa fees
  • International travel & medical insurance and vaccinations
  • Porterage, tipping and gratuities to staff and guides
  • Hot air balloon safari will be charged extra on actual
  • Extra meals, visits and activities not mentioned in the “INCLUSIONS” section
  • Shopping and other items of a personal nature
  • Laundry & Alcohol (House drinks, Gin, Vodka, Beer, soft drinks)
  • Anything else not mentioned in the “INCLUSIONS”
Payment Policy:
  • 50% of the trip cost at the time of Booking.
  • Balance 50% of the trip cost 60 days before the Trip date.
Cancellation Policy:
  • 60 days before departure, 50% of above mentioned tour cost will be refunded.
  • 59-31 days before departure, 25% of above mentioned tour cost will be refunded.
  • 30 days or less before departure, no refund.
