Day 1 : 25th December 2025 : Journey Travel to Khatgodam.

Travel to Khatgodam. Our Driver will pick you up from Khatgodam. Reach Sattal by Lunch. Check-in to the Hotel and rest for some time post Lunch. At around 3:30 pm we go for a Hide Session for an evening secession of some local resident birds of Sattal. Return by 6:00pm. Dinner and Overnight at the Resort. (Meals Included, Lunch and Dinner)

Day 2 : 26th December 2025 : Adventure Begins
Morning Session: Start your day enjoying morning scenic views at Shyam Khet.   Afternoon Session : You travel to the tranquil village of Chanfi, where the serene surroundings offer a perfect retreat. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at Sattal. (Meals Included, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Day 3 : 27th December 2025 : At Ranikhet & Pangot
We start early morning exploring the charming hill station of Rani Khet, with its panoramic mountain views and peaceful surroundings. We try our luck for Cheer Pheasants and Chukar. Afterward, you embark on a scenic drive to Pangot, a serene village known for its rich birdlife and tranquil ambiance, offering a perfect retreat in the lap of nature. We try our luck for Koklass Pheasants. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at Pangot. (Meals Included, Breakfast & Dinner) Lunch will be at Nainital at your own cost.

Day 4 : 28th December 2025 : At Pangot
You start the morning enjoying the peaceful birdlife in Pangot, surrounded by nature. Later, you return to Sattal for a restful afternoon and can visit the Studio Point if time permits. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at Sattal. (Meals Included Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

Day 5 : 29th December 2025 : At Sattal
This entire day we shall spend at Sattal. Covering Hide and other surrounding areas. We can also visit Ranikhet in case pheasants are not found on the earlier day of visit. This is basically a spare day to cover those birds incase we have missed during the trip at Sattal and Surrounding areas.

Day 6 : 30th December 2025 : Return
Early morning Session at the hide. Return by 10:30 am. This is our Last day and the Trip ends. After breakfast, you head back to Khatgodam or Delhi to take your Train or Flight Back to your Home with some Ever Lasting Memories from this region. (Meals Included Breakfast)
Things to carry: Face Mask and Pocket Hand Sanitizers are must during the Safaris.
  • Carry your id proof given at the time of booking the safaris (compulsory).
  • Comfortable loose clothing, preferably cotton and full sleeves for summers
  • Warm Clothes, Gloves for Chilly early morning safaris.
  • Muted color clothes, which blend with the surroundings, no loud colors.
  • Sunscreen to protect yourself from sunburn and tan.
  • Mosquito repellant / Odomos to protect from insect bites.
  • Reusable bottle of water, since we discourage the use of plastic/ disposable bottles.
  • Light quick bites like peppermints, nutribars etc. for long safaris. Nothing liquid or semi-liquid to be carried.
  • Comfortable footwear, preferably sports shoes.
  • Personal medication, if any.
  • Portable easy to carry torch.
  • Binoculars are helpful for distant sightings and birding.
  • If you are carrying a camera, please carry spare memory card and battery.
  • A Bandanna or a Scarf is helpful to protect yourself from sun.
  • Good comfortable hat / cap as you will be wearing it for a long time
  • Pocket diary and pen to make notes of the sightings and behavior.
Package Cost : Starts Rs. 45,000 per person ex Khatgodam.   Inclusions:
  • Pick-up and Drop-off from Kathgodam
  • Twin-sharing stay with all meals.
  • Local transfers.
  • Entry charges for all hides included.
  • Expert guide available every day.
  • GST charges.
Exclusions:
  • Any services or meals not mentioned in the inclusions.
  • Personal expenses such as mineral water, laundry, phone calls, and beverages.
  • Optional tips for the Birding Guide, as per your discretion.
  • Travel expenses to Kathgodam.
Payment Policy:
  • 50% of the trip cost at the time of Booking.
  • Balance 50% of the trip cost one month before the Trip date.
Cancellation Policy:
  • All cancellation before 30 days of the event date – 25% of the Total Trip Cost to be deducted.
  • All cancellation between 15 to 30 days of the event date – 70% of the Total Trip Cost deducted.
  • All cancellation during last 15 days – No Refund.
