Day 1: 23 October 2026 – Arrival at Pench National Park & Afternoon Jeep Safari
Welcome to your exciting Pench National Park Safari with JungleTrail.
Upon your arrival at Nagpur Airport or Nagpur Railway Station, our representative will warmly welcome you for your comfortable transfer to Pench National Park, located approximately 100 km away. The scenic drive takes around 2.5 hours through the beautiful countryside of Central India.
After checking into your premium wildlife resort, take some time to relax and soak in the peaceful surroundings. Around 12:30 PM, join our experienced safari team for a brief orientation session where you'll meet fellow travellers and receive valuable insights about Pench National Park, wildlife etiquette, safari procedures, and photography tips.
Enjoy a delicious lunch at the resort before heading out for your first Pench Jeep Safari. Accompanied by expert naturalists and skilled safari drivers, explore the diverse landscapes of Pench Tiger Reserve, famous for inspiring Rudyard Kipling's The Jungle Book. Keep your camera ready for sightings of the Royal Bengal Tiger, leopards, Indian wild dogs (dholes), gaur, deer, and a remarkable variety of birds.
Return to the resort after an exhilarating safari, followed by dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: 24 October 2026 – Morning & Afternoon Pench Tiger Safaris
Wake up before sunrise for another thrilling day in the wilderness.
Tea and coffee will be served before you depart for your morning Pench Jeep Safari, widely regarded as the best time to experience the forest as it awakens. Carry your packed breakfast as you venture deep into Pench National Park, increasing your chances of spotting the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger, leopards, sloth bears, jackals, wild dogs, and more than 300 species of birds.
Return to the resort by late morning and spend your leisure time relaxing by the swimming pool or enjoying the tranquil forest environment. Lunch will be served at approximately 1:00 PM.
In the afternoon, embark on your second Pench Tiger Safari, exploring another part of the reserve during the golden hours when wildlife is once again active. Every safari offers a unique opportunity to witness the incredible biodiversity that makes Pench National Park one of India's finest wildlife destinations.
Return to the resort after sunset for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: 25 October 2026 – Departure from Pench National Park
Enjoy a relaxed morning amidst the serene forests of Pench National Park.
After breakfast, check out from the resort by 12:30 PM. Our vehicle will transfer you comfortably to Nagpur Airport or Nagpur Railway Station for your onward journey, carrying unforgettable memories of your Pench Tiger Safari with JungleTrail.
Guests wishing to extend their wildlife experience may opt for an additional morning Pench Jeep Safari at an extra cost. Since safari permits are limited and subject to availability, this safari must be booked in advance while confirming your Pench Safari Package and cannot be arranged at the last minute.

Meals Included: Breakfast Things to carry: Face Mask and Pocket Hand Sanitizers are must during the Safaris.
- Carry your id proof given at the time of booking the safaris (compulsory).
- Comfortable loose clothing, preferably cotton and full sleeves for summers
- Warm Clothes, Gloves for Chilly early morning safaris.
- Muted color clothes, which blend with the surroundings, no loud colors.
- Sunscreen to protect yourself from sunburn and tan.
- Mosquito repellant / Odomos to protect from insect bites.
- Reusable bottle of water, since we discourage the use of plastic/ disposable bottles.
- Light quick bites like peppermints, nutribars etc. for long safaris. Nothing liquid or semi-liquid to be carried.
- Comfortable footwear, preferably sports shoes.
- Personal medication, if any.
- Portable easy to carry torch.
- Binoculars are helpful for distant sightings and birding.
- If you are carrying a camera, please carry spare memory card and battery.
- A Bandanna or a Scarf is helpful to protect yourself from sun.
- Good comfortable hat / cap as you will be wearing it for a long time
- Pocket diary and pen to make notes of the sightings and behavior.

Exclusions:
- Any other services or meals which are not mentioned in the above "Inclusions" section.
- Expense of personal nature such as mineral water, laundry, telephones, beverages
- Any tips to the Hotel Staff, Safari Driver or Guide at your will.
- Camera Charges if any. (Depends upon the Sizes of the Lens)
- Travel cost up to Nagpur from your Residence.
Payment Policy:
- 60% of the trip cost at the time of Booking.
- Balance 40% of the trip cost one month before the Trip date.
Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellation before 30 days of the event date – 25% of the Total Trip Cost to be deducted.
- All cancellation between 15 to 30 days of the event date – 70% of the Total Trip Cost to be deducted.
- All cancellation during last 15 days – No Refund.
